Sumpin' fishy going on here. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that the 2008 First Edition car? Ram97, did you pull that directly
out of a Mystery Car bp?

I recognized that Evo immediately. The blue seems to be a little bit darker on the "mystery", but that may be just the lighting. Glue job and
someone's excess free time?

What color is the base on your car and what is the date stamp on the base? Mine says A36. Either Mattel messed up or it's a '10 Myster Car almost
exactly like the '08 FE.

I believe you, Ram97. Hot Wheels is running out of ideas, I think. I've seen other new releases that looked suspiciously similar if not exactly like past
releases.

While it is possible this was found in a sealed case, it is very unlikely it is a 2010 mystery car! I hadn't noticed it until you pointed it out at HWC but
this car was produced in week 41 last year. About the only way this could have come from the factory is if the casting was found and inserted or was done on
purpose by an employee to mess with collectors. gunsligner gary wilcox
