Wal-Mart has had the cars the cheapest, but the ones in my area don't have all the models. At $8.94 a car with charger I picked up a Night Burner and I am still looking for 1 more the Night Scorcher. I payed $10.95 for my Firestorm at Toys 'R Us. It was the only place I could find the car and it is my favorite and it seems to be the fastest Turbo-Glo I have on my Fat Track.

The charging system is the easiest to use for a younger child compared to the other charging cars hotwheels has out. On a 10 minute charge you can get 40 laps on a Big 'O Layout which isn't that bad at all.

I've been looking for the correct tool to take these and the Ferrari-XV's apart. I want to examine the capacitor in these to see if they can be replaced with one that has more storage to get longer run times. The motors in these look like they could be swapped out with even faster slot car motors and perhaps even be able to change the gear ratio too. I'll keep everyone updated on this.
