hi everyone!

i would like to introduce myself.. my name is andrew and i am from the philippines. i do collect jadas for about a year now from 1:24-1:64 scales.

i think i saw some familiar names here, some are from the other forums as well.

hi there, don't know if this is old news or not, but stopped at a local walgreens this morning and found some new (dated 2008 on box) Jada 1:24 Street Lows mid 60's StationWagons, black/grey,white colors I believe...they are only $9.99 at walgreens...I thought the Street Lows were a series long gone, but maybe they are bringing it back? anyhow, I know a lot of people liked this series, so thought i'd give a heads up if you didn't know about it...the only SL's they had...

I just visited Jada's Website and noticed that these Waves are no longer in the Pictures....

Wave 6 & 7 High Profile Trucks
Wave 6 VDub$...<<< I knew these were going but not the above ^^^ Trucks

What gives in getting rid of the High Profiles Trucks, Just as they finally got the Tires & Rims
right and now they are gone....Hmmmmmm.......This really bites as i was going to replace the
older Trucks with the newer style tires......

These five 1/64 scale models from Jada's Big Time Muscle 5-Deep 1959 Volkswagen Beetle collection proved irresistible at Wallymart on closeout.

The set is a good cross section of various interpretations of a true classic. hit wallys tonite to pick up a few things as we are gonna do a few days mini vac-anyway hit the pegs new 5 pack bug set!!! was happy the car gods smiled upon me!! hope this is a good sign next few days will be hitting 3 wal-mart 3 targets a tru 2 kmarts and 3 o'rileys auto parts(i coll HW custom classics -one of the few places i can find them!)

was glad they finally got new jada there target has been bad for months kmart too

Collectors, JADA has once again crippled itself, it has come to my attention that JADA has allowed more talent to slip through it's hands. Sergio "BIG ROACH" Rocha has left the building, I can't comment on the what & why but I can comment on the who. Most of you may already have some of Sergio's work in your collections and while he may not have been prolific he definitely had extreme talent. Some of the cleanest graphics were penned by Sergio. I figure I better start posting on here as I buy on average a jada or more a day.

I have been acustom to strolling into the local walmart(or not so local),target or other retailer or hobby shop I enjoy and picking up a slew of new and somtimes radom older jadas on the regular.Now I am growing tired of the peg warmers,I know people are sick of vw's,I am not,as I Am huge volkswagen lover in diecast life and real life.But my point after all that is...

Well I ONLY collect JADA and i just wanted to grab your thoughts on the following scenario......Keeping in mind I do not know what you guys collect (if anything other than JADA).

As an Aussie, first timer to the USA, a JADA ONLY collector and knowing that the "OTHER" diecast company is holding "THIER" annual convention in LA do you think it would be worth it (purely for entertainment value) to pay the ticket price and rock up looking rather JADA in stealth...

Hey all

For those of you that don't know Dub_City_Cars (Chris) is in the hospital for surgery. From what he told me he will be in the hospital and recovery for a bit of time and though his problem is serious he should pull through just fine. Best wishes to him for a speedy recovery but this also means that for those of you who he has or is in the middle of trades with will need to give him a decent amount of time to get back on his feet.
