I've recently begun collecting 1:43's even though I also have 1:64's, 1:25's, 1:24's and 1:18's.  Since I'm poor and live in an apartment (that's all I can afford in Californa) I am concentrating more on the 1:43's. 			<description><![CDATA[ Man Jadas are now 3.50 to 4?  Looks like I will wait until they go on sale, get blown out or grab them at shows for half that.  Sorry retailers lost my business.  And before I hear all about how costs in materials, labor whatever have increased check out the thread about 3 or 4 down about people finding cars (granted they are older) for a $1 each. 			<description><![CDATA[ Some new additions to the prototype (pre-production) pile from various manufactures I got this week.  The wave of new HW preproductions seem to be hitting the shores.  I like the zamac '70 Hemi Challenger.  Looks like the HW team did a great job on that model.  The stance is beautiful.  Then the Variy 8...well...I collect 1:1 Corvairs so I had to have that zamac one.  The other is a '47 Chevy Fleetline with a metal prototype base.
